Check-in is from 15:00, check-out by 11:00, reception is staffed 24 hours, and breakfast is served 07:30–10:30 at Neria. The hotel is non-smoking indoors, pets are not permitted, and one room (the Executive Suite with Garden View) is wheelchair accessible with lift access.
